Our team will meet with yours to discuss your current infrastructure and application, its architecture, and any existing automation and processes. We'll discuss your pain points and goals, then get to work on producing a high level Scope of Work with recommendations based on our conversation. On your team's approval, you'll pay a small deposit to secure our team and we'll get to work!
We'll build the configuration for your environments using Industry Standards & Best Practices. We will then provision and configure your environments, deploying your application with the CI/CD pipeline of your choice. After thorough testing by your team, where we will work to streamline your processes and eliminate any pain points, we'll schedule migrations/failover to each environments with little to no impact on your customers or team.
We'll build a comprehensive monitoring and alerting solution for maximum visibility and to ensure the maximum availability of your application(s), to include soft and hard alerts for a variety of critical metrics. At this point, you have the option of rolling over support to your own team, or transitioning to our Managed DevOps Services.
Once our team has completed your DevOps as a Service process, you're eligible to rollover daily operational responsibilities to our team! We'll setup a shared Slack Channel where our DevOps Engineers can work alongside your team. Additional tasks outside of our standard proactive support can be requested via email, ticket system, or requests in Slack, and will be scheduled and completed within our SLAs.
We'll assist your team with daily operational support of your application's infrastructure, deployment processes, monitoring, and questions about best practices and specific implementations. Additionally we'll troubleshoot essential services and perform pro-active scaling, security, and maintenance tasks. Your team can focus on your application, and we'll handle the rest!
Using our comprehensive monitoring systems, our team will keep watch over your application and its infrastructure 24x7x365. In the event of alerts or outages, our on-call team will spring into action and intervene on your behalf to restore service and achieve maximum availability. They will then investigate thoroughly to resolve and prevent the issue going forward.
